Using Pocketly
These terms apply when you use Pocketly, run by Dawid Piotr Chachulski (contact: dawidchachulski@hotmail.com). Last updated 3 November 2026.
What Pocketly is, and isn’t
- Pocketly is a free planning tool. It reads UK banks’ published switching offers, checks them against what you tell it, and shows a plan you can choose to follow yourself.
- It is information, not financial advice. It isn’t a bank, isn’t authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, and doesn’t recommend any bank because it is paid to. No bank pays Pocketly.
- Pocketly never opens accounts, applies, moves money or contacts banks for you.
Accuracy
Every offer comes from the bank’s own terms, read by a person, and each shows when it was last checked. Banks can change or withdraw offers at any time, and the bank’s own terms always decide whether you’re paid. Check them before you apply. Pocketly only counts a reward when your answers say you qualify, and it plans to the safe end of any date the terms leave open, but it can’t promise that a bank will pay.
If you find a mistake, tell us at dawidchachulski@hotmail.com. We correct it, and a correction never silently rewrites what Pocketly told you before.
Our responsibility to you
We take reasonable care to keep Pocketly accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be either. We aren’t responsible for a bank’s decisions, or for losses that come from relying on Pocketly instead of the bank’s own terms. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Using it fairly
Please don’t try to break, overload or copy the service in bulk, or use another person’s account. We may suspend access that puts the service or other people at risk.
The law that applies
