Complaints about Pocketly
If Pocketly got something wrong or let you down, tell us. This is for complaints about Pocketly itself. A complaint about a bank goes to the bank: Pocketly’s evidence pack helps with that.

What we found, what we changed, and if Pocketly showed something wrong, the correction is listed on How Pocketly checks offers.
If you’re still not happy
Pocketly isn’t a bank and isn’t authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, so the Financial Ombudsman Service can’t look at complaints about Pocketly itself. A complaint about how we handle your data can go to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
